Hi John, This weekend our daughter Karen and family (Mike, Katy and Emily) came to visit.
We had a wonderful time sledding. As you can see grampy David is still a kid a heart! It’s great to have grandkids! Jean
PS For all those concerned I stayed off the sled much to my dismay!

I am home for TWO WEEKS! To after Thanksgiving!!
Darrell sent an email:To All !!!! We are so Proud of Tami…These are just a couple of the pictures. Tina came in from North Carolina, Camp Lejeune. It was exciting to have both girls together. The last time Tina and Tami saw each other was before Tina went to Iraq. Tina and Tami have been able to spend a couple of days together. Tami is doing great! We are heading back to Florida on Saturday. Tami will report back to North Carolina….Camp Geiger (Devil Dog) for her MCT (Marine combat training). Her boyfriend, Cpl. Greene will be transporting her. Tami has graduated as Private First Class. (PFC) Tami has really enjoyed boot camp, but says she only wants to go back to Parris Island if she can be a DI. Perferably, when Tina is a DI. LOL Just imagine 2 T. Cabri Drill Instructors!!!!!!!!!!!! Again…we are very proud to show off PFC. Tami Cabri and LCPL. Tina Cabri Darrell and Marilyn

We are still here in Berwick. Things are well, we may have some interest soon after the price change. Here are some pictures of the kids helping with leaves and playing. Corbin is done with soccer and has asked if he can play basketball. There isn’t anything for Camryn’s age right now. Once she is in school, there will be. The only things that are available for her are too expensive, but we have had good mommy and Camryn days. We have a favorite lunch spot and a coffee shop that I have applied for a job at. I am now in the airport waiting on my ride to Atlanta where I have a stopover for an hour before continuing on to Pensacola. Back to work!
I cannot believe the week has gone by – it went fast! I got a number of things done on my honey-do list, but not all. I got the shelf built under the pots and pans cupboard, trimmed all the mangroves (and still have the cuts to prove it!), painted the second bathroom, and many other tasks in the home. I also purchased a new TV, bought a painting from Roger Bansemer, had a poster of the same painting mounted for Pam’s office, got a lot done for DART, went to visit my new office in Tampa for PTC and many other things. With so much to do the time went fast.

I think it would be fun to go up and see the leaves again, but we are getting such nice weather, it would be hard to leave (pun not intended)!
While you up north are turning on the heat, we are turning off the A/C for the winter.
I am home for the week, my schedule has been absolutely full. I have not had one day to myself!
Pam made me a chocolate cake with peanut butter frosting – yum, yum!! She also got me an autobiography of Ansel Adams and a display case for all of my “artifacts”. I put in my pieces of the Berlin Wall that Donald gave me, the pieces of the World Trade Center that David Chitester got for me, the pieces of the steering wheel of the Titanic that Roger Bansemer got for me, and the smaller items I have collected over in Mississippi in the devastation due to Katrina.
My big TV blew up last Friday and the repair costs are more than a new YV!
I just got deployed to Miami!! New things to see!
