Here’s what’s cookin’ in Susan’s oven!
Pinapple mold
Boil 1 small can of crushed pineapple with 1/2 cup of water for 5 minutes.
Add 3 ounces of lime jello and boil 5 minutes more, then cool.
Fold in:
1/2 cup – whipping cream | |
1/2 cup – chopped walnuts | |
1 cup – cottage cheese |
Pour into mold and refrigerate.
