Subject: Mortar pics

These pics were taken from the 8 mortars that landed in the
housing area. This room was in the “E” building about 50 feet from my
building and about 75 feet from my room,

 I was at work at the time, but a lot
of shrapnel hit the roof. The person who’s room this was was sleeping and
walked away w/ a little hearing loss and some scratches. The bastard
terrorists who launched these were killed by an apache an hour later!!!!!!

The other picture is a bunch of us in a bunker, during “alarm red”, these
are all over base and we have to go in them if we get an indirect fire.
