Clam Casserole

![]() | 1 can minced clams |
![]() | 30 crackers, crushed (Ritz or Salteens) |
![]() | 2 eggs, beaten |
![]() | 1 cup – milk |
![]() | 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup |
![]() | 1/4 cup – melted butter |
Beat the egg slightly, add remaining items. Put in greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Place casserole into pie pan with 1/2 inch of water in it and bake at 350º for 1 hour.
