Here’s what’s cookin’ in Susan’s oven
Chocolate Marshmallow Roll              Â

Melt together 4 tablespoons butter and 4 squares bakers chocolate.
Beat together:
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoons – vanilla
- 1 cup – confectioners sugar
stir all together, then pour over:
- 1 pound – marshmallows (chopped fine)
- 1 cup – walnuts
Form into a log – then roll in coconut.
Chill in refrigerator for four hours.
