Chocolate Marshmallow Nut Roll

Here’s what’s cookin’ in Susan’s oven

Chocolate Marshmallow Roll               

Melt together 4 tablespoons butter and 4 squares bakers chocolate.

Beat together:

  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoons – vanilla
  • 1 cup – confectioners sugar

stir all together, then pour over:

  • 1 pound – marshmallows (chopped fine)
  • 1 cup – walnuts

Form into a log – then roll in coconut.

Chill in refrigerator for four hours.
