Here’s what’s cookin’ in Susan’s oven!
Maine Wild Blueberry Muffins
Mix the following well:
 | 1/3 cup – sugar |
| 2 cups – flour |
| 3 teaspoons – baking powder |
| 1 teaspoon – salt |
| 1 egg |
| 1/2 cup – oil |
| 3/4 cup – milk |
Fold in:
| 2 cups – Maine wild blueberries |
Bake at 400 degrees about 20 minutes. Double recipe for 24 muffins.
