WHO MOVED MY CHEESE?!

That is the book given to each of us when the new President of Chitester took over. So far, for me, that has been accurate. I no longer am IT Director, but a lowly engineer. I also have been told I have to work 60 hours a week. Someone has moved my cheese!

Jim and I went sailing yesterday and had a great time. I was dreading the Christmas party last night because  I thought the new president was going to be there. He was the only one not there!

I am working today to get a project out.

David sent a picture:

Here is a photo of 5 (now 6) munchkins at Thanksgiving. Grandchildren's names

Carl Tilly and I went sailing Saturday, Jim came over and we played chess Sunday. Then I fixed, broke, fixed, and broke the plumbing in my bidet. I tried to tighten up a fitting to make sure the leak did not return and broke the fitting. I soldered it, then broke it again tightening it up again. Tonight I will buy a new one!

I have decide to include the "One thing I did this week" at work thing I have to write up every week, so here goes:

11/4/02
I set up a long distance number for those who are out of town to call in which will save the company hundreds of dollars a month.
11/11/02 I used my new$1000 personnal camera (and purchased $250 worth of extra batteries and memory sticks out of my pocket) to get an ecellent record of our trips to Pensacola. With this new camera we were able to voice annotate each picture as to location and what we were viewing. This provided the BEST quality inspection possible, going the extra mile for great client service!
11/25/02 Working to create the best quality schedule possible for the client, closed in all the ends, corrected the logic, spent overtime to get it done before the weekend.
12/2/02 Working two jobs (IT and Consulting) I maintain both helping out all those in need as well as keep the client's project going (Dedication).
12/9/02 I found out that our new website host was going to use an old version of Chitester.com and intercepted it just in time before the weekend switchover. My number two thing was I figured out how the wiring was done for our phones and was able to rewire them to accomplish a goal.

Here is a link to download a cute screen saver (and they have more). I also received an "Elf Bowling" program but it tries to get out on the internet so, only use it if you do not care.

Roger Bansemer finished the portrait! It is now hanging over my fireplace, but it will be handed down over the years to Amy then Sarah!

December 2, 2002

I already have received a "no" to the May 2002 gathering at my house from Sue, does anyone want to come (or plan to)??

I have been getting up my crown molding and Denise Baker has asked me if she could help put up the rest of it. She and I went to the Aquarium on Saturday, Sunday Jim and I spent playing chess, then went on his sailboat.

I got this in the mail:

**Facts of Life**

1. At least 5 people in this world, love you so much they would die for you.

2. At least 15 people in this world love you, in some way.

3. The only reason anyone would ever hate you, is because they want  to be just like you.

4. A smile from you, can bring happiness to anyone, even if they don't like you.

5. Every night, SOMEONE thinks about you before they go to sleep.

6. You mean the world to someone.

7. Without you, someone may not be living.

8. You are special and unique, in your own way.

9. Someone that you don't know even exists, loves you.

10. When you make the biggest mistake ever, something good comes from  it.

11. When you think the world has turned it's back on you, take a look,  you most likely turned your back on the world.

12. When you think you have no chance at getting what you want, you probably won't get it, but if you believe in yourself, you probably sooner or  later will get it.

13. Always remember complements you received, forget about the rude remarks.

14. Always tell someone how you feel, then they'll know.

15. If you have a great friend, take the time to let them know that they're great.

16. You must be a great friend, because someone gave this too you. If  you care about them, send it back.
